Meet Gabriel
Gabriel Collins is a seasoned entrepreneur and master builder with more than two decades of experience spanning construction and strategic risk management. Known for balancing high-end residential craftsmanship with a strong commitment to community impact, he has built a reputation for excellence throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida.
He oversees his construction portfolio through two distinct entities, allowing him to serve both the luxury market and the critical need for accessible housing. Through Collins Group EMBV, which focuses on community and commercial development, Gabriel has made a deliberate shift toward affordable housing. With a mission to give back, he develops homes at cost, removing traditional profit margins to ensure that high-quality, sustainable housing remains attainable for families who need it most.
At the same time, as Principal Owner of Green House Construction, Gabriel leads a division dedicated to high-end custom homes and sophisticated remodels. His work in premier areas such as Louisville’s NULU district reflects a “white-glove” approach to residential development, defined by meticulous attention to architectural detail and premium finishes tailored to discerning clients.
Beyond construction, Gabriel is widely recognized for his expertise in operational scaling and warranty administration. As a partner in United Septic Protection, he helped grow the company into the largest septic warranty provider in the United States through a combination of strong customer engagement and forward-thinking digital strategies. Earlier in his career, during his tenure as Vice President at Universal Administrators, he led a significant financial turnaround, increasing profits from $110,000 to $2.2 million in just three years.
Gabriel also carries forward a family legacy of craftsmanship established by his late father, Theodore James Collins, maintaining a standard of excellence that spans two generations.
He holds a degree in Theology from Rhema Bible College and also attended Butler University. His leadership is grounded in a personal philosophy of “God first and family second.” A devoted husband and father, Gabriel and his wife, Nichole, are deeply committed to raising their five children and contributing to the long-term strength and well-being of their community.
